State of the Nation Address: Courtesy of Anele Mdoda

Max Sisulu (Speaker of the National Assembly) & Anele Mdoda

Radio and TV personality Anele Mdoda strides into Parliament’s inner sanctum; its National Assembly, as Parliament prepares to present its annual red carpet, full honors ceremony known as the State of the Nation Address (SoNA).

Invited in, no less, by the very ones who are calling the nation to Order: Mr.  Max Sisulu Speaker of the National Assembly, and Mr. Mninwa Mahlangu, Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces.

And that is not all, the head of parliamentary protocol Alexander Stander, parliamentary spokesperson, Luzuko Jacobs, GCIS’s Liezil Cerf, and the carriers of the parliamentary symbols, Regina Mhlomi and Vincent Shabalala reveal the behind the scenes stories of this national event. Nik Rabinowitz swings by too and all of that before Anele gets Jesse Duarte on the phone for a little girl talk.

So join Anele Mdoda, on SABC 1 on Tuesday, 12 February 2013 at 21h00. You can also join the Twitter Queen and her 100 thousand tweet followers who all want to know what the SoNA’s means to the youth.
