The 2012 FINALE of UP & COMING stage will be blessed by none other than the first lady herself, Mandisa Bardill, Sabelo Mthembu & The Fridge.
Mandisa is best known for her role as Michelle, on the South African sitcom Nomzamo. She has graced theatre stages locally and in London, performing in her capacity as actress and singer in renowned productions such as David Kramers Kat and the Kings and Disney’s The Lion King. She has been featured in several local films including, Kalahari Harry, Rifle Road and Akin Omotoso’s Man on Ground.
Sabelo Mthembu is a new, up and coming South African musician whose music transcends all racial and cultural boundaries. He was a top 12 contestant on SA Idols in 2007 and later set on to pursue his dream of becoming a musician.
